Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.International orders are not eligible for returns nor refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International order shipment

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

In case a shipment could not be delivered due to a wrong address, the package not being claimed or being refused by the addressee, it will be returned to SPIC Corporation, BM building 4F 2-12-30 Komachi Kamakura-City Kanagawa, Japan 248-0006. To resend undelivered shipments, additional shipping fees will apply. Please refer to our Cancellation and Return Policy in case you are not interested in having your order resent.
A package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused by the addressee is not an authorized return and as such not eligible for a refund. In addition, shipping costs will not be compensated in the case of a package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused by the addressee.
